Dominic McMullan
With over 25 years of experience Dominic has developed a comprehensive understanding of how to help businesses get the best results from their marketing spend. He firmly believes that success lies in building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and becoming an invaluable resource for their businesses.
Outside of work, sport has played a significant role in Dominic’s life. Having played cricket and football for local clubs in the Peterborough area for many years, he still turns out on the cricket field and more recently found the benefits of Pilates and Yoga.
He’s also an enthusiast of classic Italian cars, frequently attending classic car shows and embarking on road trips across Europe to indulge in this passion.

Castenzio ‘Caz’ Cusumano
With over 20 years of experience in the creative industry, Caz has worked across five agencies, specialising in print, digital, UX/UI design, video, and branding. In 2023, he became an award-winning logo designer, with two of his logos published in LogoLounge 12, a prestigious industry accolade.
Caz’s expertise extends beyond design, having collaborated with marketing teams and film crews on TV campaigns, events, and brand storytelling.

Luke Tyler
